Ok, so this particular post is inspired by an awesome joke that my brother told me the other day:

Aoh man, i thought it was so good, but when i told my friends, they didn't even get it. Personally, I'm not really into all of the 'popular' music but i still know it, what is life without variety?
So, back on topic (after that little giggle fest), Soulja Boy is among a few of the artists that really kill me (musically, not literally) so even though I'm all about good music, my next few posts, I will be sharing some really, really bad music...
Case number 1:
So his single 'Crank That (Soulja Boy)' is a little catchy, but I just can't get past his sunglasses? It makes me wonder, can he see properly with them on? I had the same issue with Kanye West:
but at least his sunglasses looked structured, not just like someone had decided to write their name in whiteout...anyway, this isn't a fashion blog so...
Well actually, hip hop is notorious for its faux pas, case in point Flo Rider's 'Low', was a stake to the heart was because it made everyone wan't to commit fashion crime in their 'boots with the fur' not to mention all the poor animals that died to make those attrocious shoes!
Summary: Ok so, just reviewing that song i actually do kind of like it, shameful as it may be - its really catchy. But i came across another song, 'Yaaah' which kind of confused me. Watch it for the confuzzled mind set:

the only good thing to come out of either Crank Dat or Low is the covers by I Set My Friends On Fire and BrokenCyde.
i think mr soulja boy should be arrested right away, for crimes against both music and fashion....HAVE A LOOK AT THAT JACKET!!! you could fit at least 3 grown men in that. not that neone would ever let themselves wear a jacket bearing his initials, we have more self respect than that. is it true he got fam from getting heard via myspace and youtube? if that's true, then the blame should be placed on us, the public. nice one people, u've created a monster *shakes fist*
